Adv Rathidili SC completed his B. Juris Degree at the University of the North in 1988, whereafter he served his articles at Hetisani & Associates in Limpopo. In 1993, Adv Rathidili SC completed his LLB degree at the University of the Western Cape and commenced practice as an Advocate at the Pretoria Bar in 1995 and at the Johannesburg Bar from 1999. Adv Rathidili SC also practiced as an Advocate at the Frees State Bar from 2007 and returned to the Pretoria and Johannesburg Bars in 2014.
In 1995, Adv Rathidili SC was appointed as a member of the Commission of Inquiry by the State President, Nelson Mandela to the Commission of Inquiry held in terms of the protein malnutrition scheme and other nutrition programs and feeding schemes administered by the Department of Health.
On 1998, Adv Rathidili SC was appointed to the panel of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa. He was also appointed as a member of the Pretoria Bar Council from 2016.
Adv Rathidili SC received the conferment of Silk by the President of South Africa in 2016.
